password update not allowed

I am not able to change my password from this page:

i get the message: access denied

can you try refreshing your page? or try clearing your cache and retry changing password. Let me know if you still have this issue. Thanks!

it is still not working even with Firefox

its not about firefox.. do not refresh the page and make sure you do not have multiple site pages open at same time when changing password. This has been done for safety of user. close all other pages if you have open.

make sure you've cleared your cache, click on link in proper way no refresh and try changing password. i can change my password without any problem.
