Que significa que el contador de programa abordar un espacio de memoria de programa 8K x 14?

From what I understood (using translator) you want to know what does program memory space of 8K x 14 means. If yes then it means you can have 8K words of memory space available each word is of size 14bits.
Word size of program memory is usually based on type of controller architecture, usually 14bit word size is used in PIC microcontrollers (PIC12F/10F series etc.) Hope that helps.
