gps/gprs vehicle tracker (sim808)

I want to design a system for vehicle tracking and shows its location on a google map/local server using the gprs of sim808. I am getting the gps location from sim808 modem but i want to display it on a local google maps/local server . I am trying to do it using at commands of sim808 but failed to send data on any server. Please help me with this problem.
