40x4 lcd in proteus
hi all members
as u all knows new year starts on this occasion i want to give a gift to this forum
in Proteus 40x4 LCD is modeled as MDLS40466
according to data sheets and manuals of lcd it is just like a 2 lcds of 20x4
and its memory map is as described in link
